It is a three-part workshop series on “The World in 2050” aimed at getting students to think more critically about the world they will inherit, and prepare them to take on the roles they are meant to play as actively engaged, spiritually sound Muslim adults.
The first workshop will inshaAllah be on Saturday, October 26th, titled “Our Deen is Green.” It will engage students in a discussion on the global environmental crisis, and the responsibilities of the Muslim in taking care of the Earth.
