Allah’s blessings on this community have been innumerable.
Within less than two years, our community here in Roseville grew so much in ways we never expected.
When we acquired the existing space for the Tarbiya House, Roseville, we knew that we got ourselves a bargain deal as far as monthly rent is concerned. The tradeoff was that we acquired the space as is. There’s a lot of remodel work that is required to bring the space up to our aesthetic and functional standards.
In addition to that, The City of Roseville has requirements for assembly use, and fire code regulations that we need to comply with.
We embarked upon a renovation project that is intended to maximize usage of the building and bring beauty to it, to be more conducive to our spiritual growth and social connection.
Among other things, we will redo the flooring of our unit, paint the walls, create a mihrab space, build a preschool and meet fire code regulations by adding more sprinklers, etc.
We depend on Allah (swt) to be able to raise the estimated $30 K needed for this project, and your generous support.
